There's no such thing as a 'standard training course' each business is different and effective training always reflects this. Below is a list of the broad training courses on offer, although each course delivered is tailor made to accommodate your specific needs

  • Interviewing and Recruitment This 1 day course provides the opportunity to learn the skills involved in the recruitment and interviewing to those members of staff who are new to recruitment and those who wish to refresh their knowledge.
  • Telephone Sales This 1 day course is designed to provide the skills involved in selling to clients on the telephone, i.e. building relationships, planning, structure, features and benefits, handling objections, closing and the expectations of all parties etc.
  • Customer Care All staff will benefit from this 1 day course regardless of job role. Explores the benefits and barriers to good customer care and facilitates the development of your company’s unique customer care standard.
  • Client Visiting A 2 day course that investigates the methods of qualifying prospects for positive conversion ratios, getting the clients to buy in, use of agendas and verbal and non verbal communication etc.
  • Permanent Recruitment At the end of this 2 day course, delegates will be able to influence and control the permanent recruitment process, realise the expectations of and benefits to, clients, candidates and their business.
  • Coaching Skills On this 1 day course delegates will have the chance to learn/refresh the knowledge and skills required to recognise coaching opportunities, how to coach effectively and have identified opportunities to coach upon their return to work.
  • Developing Leadership This 1 day course is designed to introduce and develop the knowledge and skills required to lead a team effectively.
  • Managing Performance This 1 day course provides managers and supervisors with the skills and knowledge needed to manage staff performance issues effectively.
  • Conducting Appraisals Designed for all those with the responsibility of appraising and reviewing of others, this course includes all the key areas of the appraisal interview. 1 or 2 day’s duration dependent on role-play requirements.
  • Time Management This 1 day course is ideal for those members of staff who would like the opportunity to learn/refresh the skills required to enable them to manage their time more effectively.
  • Presentation Skills A very participative course designed to assist delegates to plan and prepare presentations and deliver their presentations with more confidence. 2 or 3 day’s duration.
  • Train the Trainer This 3 day course is designed to introduce delegates to key issues and concepts surrounding training and development and be able to use them for effective training and development of team members.
  • Bespoke Service A 1 day course that provides those attending with the knowledge and skills to be able to identify an existing/prospective clients key performance indicators and use them to provide an optimum level of service that maximises business opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills Designed to introduce the knowledge and skills required to negotiate more effectively i.e. a satisfactory outcome for all in terms of profit and service levels. Duration 1 or 2 days
