the responsibility of appraising and reviewing of others, this

the key areas of the appraisal interview. 1 or 2 day’s duration
dependent on role-play requirements.

members of staff who would like the opportunity to learn/refresh
the skills
required to enable them to manage their time more effectively.
- Presentation
Skills A very participative course designed to assist
delegates to plan and prepare presentations and
deliver their
presentations with more confidence. 2 or 3 day’s duration.

3 day course is designed to introduce delegates to key issues and
concepts surrounding training
and development and be able to
use them for effective training and development of team members.

Service A 1 day course that provides those attending
with the knowledge and skills to be able to identify an existing/prospective
clients key performance indicators and use them to provide an optimum
level of service that maximises business opportunities.
